White brined cheese from cow milk
It is produced from high quality whole cow milk in accordance with the classic technology. Due to the fact that it is rich on calcium salts and amino acids, accumulated during the process of maturing, that cheese has a high nourishing quality.
It has a pleasant lactic acid taste and is good as an appetizer, to be added in vegetable salads or to be cooked other ways. Stored in the refrigerator at 2-4° C submerged in it's own brine.
